Cookie notice

Saitroc SRL, trading as Osmyum · Draft of 24 June 2026 — not yet in force

1. The short version

This website does not set cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The fonts are served from our own domain, and the map on the Contact page is an ordinary link rather than an embed — so when you simply browse this site, nothing is loaded from a third party and nothing is stored on your device.

2. What that means for consent

Because we place no cookies and load no third-party resources on a normal page view, we do not show a consent banner. [Counsel to confirm this conclusion under the Romanian implementation of the ePrivacy Directive, and to re-check it if analytics, embedded media or a chat tool are added later.]

3. When a third party does become involved

Two things you do deliberately can involve someone else:

  • Sending a form. Your submission is received by Netlify, which hosts this site, and forwarded to our mailboxes. See the Privacy policy for what this involves.
  • Clicking the map link on the Contact page. This opens Google Maps in a new tab. From that point Google may set its own cookies under its own terms. Nothing happens unless you click.

4. Strictly necessary storage

Netlify, which hosts this site, may use short-lived technical mechanisms to deliver and secure the pages. [Confirm which cookies, if any, Netlify sets on this plan. If any are set, list them here with purpose and duration.]

5. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Because this site sets none, doing so will not affect how it works.

6. If this changes

If we later add analytics, embedded media, or any other technology that stores information on your device, we will update this notice and put a consent mechanism in place before switching it on.

For the reviewing lawyer

  • Confirm the "no consent banner required" conclusion in section 2 for a Romanian-established controller.
  • Confirm which cookies Netlify sets, if any, on the plan in use (section 4).
  • Confirm that an outbound link to Google Maps — as opposed to an embed — carries no consent requirement.
  • Set the effective date and remove this section before publishing.
