Where the stock comes from

We buy outright from sealed Tier-1 surplus — never from secondary brokers. Every lot we sell has been inspected at our Bors facility before it leaves our warehouse. The criteria below are non-negotiable.

  • MSL-sealed packaging — moisture barrier bag intact, humidity indicator card verified
  • Original OEM markings — date codes within manufacturer shelf-life window
  • Documented chain of custody — purchase order or delivery note from the factory of origin, held on file for every lot. Origin documents are released under NDA where the source has consented; where they have not, we confirm the origin category and the documents stay with us.
  • Automatic reject — blacktopped, sanded, relabelled, or mismatched date codes

Export compliance and shipping

We operate under EU Regulation 2021/821 for dual-use export controls. We document end-use and end-user for controlled items, and we will not ship to sanctioned regions or entities.

INCOTERMS agreed at quote. We arrange freight and insurance through established freight forwarders, with packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin, and MSL/date-code records traveling with every shipment.
